Bio / Background
Angela established Aspire HR Ltd in 2008, after employment experience has spanned more than 20 years in the Training, Development and HR field with HR/training positions of responsibility and seniority in both the private and public sector.
Angela held Senior HR & Training Management roles for multiple global US owned corporations, privately owned global businesses and public sector organisations.
Angela was a seasoned Learning & Development professional, working for a global pharmaceutical company, before moving into more generalist HR roles. With an early career as a Line Manager in Retail Management, followed by a period in business consulting, Angela has a good commercial and management business background with exposure to the many industries and sectors such as:
Angela is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), an Accredited Senior Coach by the International Association for Professional Coaching and Mentoring and an active member of Trainer Talk network. As a member of these prestigious industry organisations she adheres to the high professional standards required in the field of Training, Development and Coaching.
In addition to work with direct clients, Angela also works as an Associate Trainer for other training organisations such as CIPD, Keystone Development and Training, Forever Learning and Practical Training Solutions where she delivers on a wide variety of leadership, management and HR skills programmes.
In her spare time Angela is a fan of Formula 1 racing, fast military jets and Airshows, and is a Civilian Instructor with the RAF Air Cadets developing the social and leadership skills of young people.
