It is not training, nor a webinar - it is a forum where you can connect, learn and develop with other people managers in a facilitated, relaxed and supportive environment.

What should I expect at a Learning Lounge session?
It will be:
* informal in style - bring a cuppa, wear your slippers if you want!
* 45 mins (max) - I know your time is precious
* an opportunity to focus on what's important to you
* a mix of topical discussions and your current challenges as people managers
I’ve placed this towards the end of a working day, at 16:30, as a good time for you to decompress from the busy day and focus on you and your needs.
It doesn't matter if 1 person or 10 people join a session - all are welcome. I'll be there with questions to prompt discussions on topics that are relevant to your role. You can come to one session, or all of them, as your diary permits. You will need to register for each individual session to get the meeting link.
Oh – and did I mention – it won’t cost you a thing?
