Here are some examples of recent consultancy projects:

Project 1 
​ER investigation

A small design company needed an impartial disciplinary investigation conducting into serious misconduct allegations. 

The project including scoping the investigation, reviewing company documentation,  interviewing staff members, preparing a report to be considered at a disciplinary hearing.

Costs were agreed and fixed in advance and the work delivered over a two week period.

The outcome led to an employee  dismissal with zero litigation.

Project 2
​Created learning materials for a new competency framework

A public sector client was introducing a new competency framework and identified that the written document was uninspiring for employees to read. The brief was to develop learning content and practical activities which would help employees  engage with the new competencies. 

Working in partnership with the HR team, who signed off at each stage, an online 'toolkit' was developed which included practical activities, curated learning pages and training workshops available. 

I also delivered awareness sessions virtually to over 400 people. 

Project 3
​Creating a modular 'new managers' programme

A large organisation wanted to revamp the learning for new managers and move away from solely  F2F learning into a more modular, blended approach. 

After conducting research interviews and focus groups, and partnering with the organisation to co-create with the internal L&D team the new programme was designed. 
​
It consisted of 7 online modules (e-learning), supported with with workshops, facilitated learning groups and masterclasses on key topics. 
It enabled learning at the point of need. Learners could also access core learning prior to promotion, if working remotely or use as a refresher.
