Run as virtual meetings, at a time to suit you and specific to your development needs. Coaching & Mentoring is available for your Line Managers and you as HR/L&D professionals. You own the session outcomes and will need to invest time for pre-session preparation and post session work to get the most out of our time together. Cost is £1200+VAT (50% invoiced & paid in advance of sessions commencing) |
Group Coaching/Mentoring

Provided as 1/2 day or full day development sessions.
These mentoring sessions are focused on your team development needs and the transformational shift you need. Delivered using the virtual environment they can be used to discuss specific common people management challenges, build your confidence as managers and develop action plans you can work on. Cost : £ 800 + VAT for 1/2 day sessions £1200 + VAT for full day sessions (Invoiced and 50% paid in advance of the session) There may be additional design costs, depending on the work involved. This would be scoped out and indicated in any proposal document. |
